Application & Enrollment Process

Enrollment

We currently conduct all of our registration in person at Sacred Heart Catholic School, OKC. If you are interested in registering for the upcoming school year, please follow our simple registration process.

    • Call the school to schedule a tour/interview.
    • Students in grades 3-8 may be required to complete academic assessments before admission to ensure proper grade placement
    • Fill out the Sacred Heart application—forms available in the school office during school hours.
    • Pay $450 non-refundable registration fee
  • Financial Assistance

    • Active parishioners of Sacred Heart Catholic Church qualify for a $500 tuition discount.
    • Families are also eligible to apply for the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit during open registration windows. Registration begins March 15. More information can be found here.
    • Needs-based financial aid is also available for families that do not qualify for the Parental Choice Tax Credit. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. Families are encouraged to apply early. There is a separate application, and a $35 processing fee applies.
    • You must be fully enrolled to apply for needs-based financial assistance.
  • A $450 non-refundable registration fee is due to secure your enrollment spot. One-half ($225) is due with the registration packet, and the second half ($225) is due no later than April 1. If you do not pay the second half by April 1, you may lose your spot.

    The registration fee includes: application processing fee, consumable textbooks, online subscriptions, Chromebook/iPad rental, Chromebook cover, Go Guardian subscription for student device. It also includes

    • school supplies
    • 1 spirit t-shirt
    • 1 yearbook
  • Do I need to pay the full registration fee up front?
    No, you may pay half at the time of registration, with the other half due no later than April 1. If you enroll after April 1, the registration is due in full.


    How do I get an EVN number for the Parental Choice Tax Credit?
    An EVN from the Oklahoma Tax Commission is submitted by the school. It lets the Tax Commission know that you are enrolled in a participating private school. You must be a current family or have begun the enrollment process for the school to submit your information for an EVN. You will need an EVN to be able to apply for the Parental Choice Tax Credit (PCTC).


    I am a current family member. Am I guaranteed a spot for the next year?
    Unfortunately, no. Current families have priority during early enrollment from January 15 through March 1.  After March 1, open enrollment begins for new families. If existing families do not enroll, they may lose their spots. Once a class reaches 20 students, we will no longer accept additional students for that grade. 

  • Our tuition is based on the cost to educate each child at Sacred Heart Catholic School. Our current tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $8,750 a year.
